Our goal is to make the process of reserving a space in our apartments near University of Miami as simple as possible. To reserve a spot at The Cloisters Miami, click “Apply Now” and start the application to receive your housing contract document.
Housing contracts include 12 equal monthly installment payments, beginning in August and ending in July of each year.
Monthly installment payments include Wi-Fi, cable, apartment furnishings, and access to our array of on-site community amenities.
The Cloisters is approximately a 5-minute walk from campus.
The Cloisters will offer amenities such as a pool, fitness center, and courtyards.
The Cloisters offers many different floor plans for our Miami apartments, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom renovated apartments, as well as four-bedroom and 5-bedroom brand new townhomes. Each layout features spacious interiors with private bedrooms, and select units have individual bathrooms available. All Townhomes are two stories and include brand new pool tables, tile back splash, Nest Smart thermostat and an additional half bath on the lower level. The Cloisters offers brand new, furnished apartments in Miami, FL, that come move-in ready with premium apartment features. Furniture packages vary by floor plan and may include a bed, dresser, couch, dining set, side tables, and TV.
Each apartment is outfitted with in-unit washers and dryers and stainless-steel kitchen appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. Contact us for more information about our available unit features.
Yes. Our off campus housing community has an on-site parking lot. After signing their housing contract, each resident will have the option to secure a parking spot.
Each installment payment is due on the 1st day of each month. Payments submitted after 9 a.m. on the 4th day of the month are considered late. Residents can either bring their monthly payments to our office or make a payment online using the resident portal.
